Meet the Instructors

Keyuna studied Kinesiology and also certified Personal Training & Group Fitness Instructor Training.  "I like to keep the classes fun and different each time to keep the students engaged and getting results." 

She has taught Group Fitness for 11 years.

Sonya Y. Reyna U.S./Int'l Bokwa Master Trainer Co-creator of Bokwa H20 Fitness She is a Fitness Professional that has been teaching Group Exercise (land and water) of various formats for over 12 years.

Butts & Guts

This class is designed to tone & sculpt the lower body and the abdominal muscles with some cardio movement to increase fat burn. With the use of your own body-weight and various other exercise equipment to be used as resistance to increase the intensity level. All levels welcome.


High Intensity Interval Training is a good way to get the heart rate up quick. With a mix of strength training with the use of your body weight, cardio training and calisthenics you will burn maximum calories in minimum time.


Pilates Mat

This class is designed to target ALL muscle groups and of course the CORE! Each exercise is designed to not only tighten the skin but also to tone and firm your muscles, which also reduces the appearance of sagging loose skin.


Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Boot Camp

The Fitness Boot Camp includes, Interval Training, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Partnered Training, Strength & Resistance Training and PLENTY OF CARDIO.

Bokwa Dance

Bokwa participants draw numbers with their feet while preforming an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine.


Bokwa Tone & Core

Bokwa moves that target the mid-section while integrating light weights to tone the upper and lower body.

Power yoga 

A vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style Yoga.

Find your passion and live it! That's Jessica Montgomery's motto for everything in her life. As an Army veteran who served 10 years including a year in Iraq, to championing for improved Animal Health and Welfare all over the world and finally looking inward and finding peace and strength with the mindfulness practice of yoga. Jessica is a certified Hatha-Raja yoga instructor and a ACE certified Group Fitness Trainer. She's finally home in Texas and strives to give back the amazing gift of yoga to the community and beyond.

Hip Hop Dance 

FPF Dance uses various types of uplifting hip-hop and latin music to create a rewarding full body cardio toning workout.

As a Nurse on the treatment and education aspect of health and wellness, Callie began to have a passion for more that just treating a new diagnosis or symptom. With over a decade of nursing, she became obsessed with the idea of a non medical addition to health and wellness that included prevention and even rehabilitation. She believes health, wellness and self love begins from within. With the spirit of an overcomer, her 14 year nursing career, and certifications as a personal trainer, health coach, group fitness and dance fitness instructor, Callie is prepared and willing and excited to serve others in succeeding in their unique wellness goals.

Belly Dancing

Zumba is an exercise fitness program. A Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

Sha began her fitness journey over 15 years ago. It was at Georgia State, during her sophomore year, that she discovered her passion for fitness. Realizing that she wanted to help people before they got sick, she switched her major from Nursing, earning her B.S. in Exercise Science. Over the years, her passion has taken her to varied facilities, training clients, managing and teaching classes. She's held certifications from ACSM, AFAA, SCW, Fittour, and Yoga Alliance. Enjoys teaching; barre, sculpt, HIIT, mat pilates, and yoga. Her Motto: "Wellness is a journey, not a destination. Find what works, get moving, and never stop."
