This is a 4 week Circuit Training Class limited to 5 people. Each person completes the circuit that is set up for that day. All fitness levels welcome. Meal plan included.

*Be sure to have workout gloves.

This is a 8 week outdoor fitness program. The program comes with a Meal Plan, Shirt & Accountability Chat Group. 

*Due to Covid, there is no partnered exercises or shared equipment.

This class teaches the basic boxing / kickboxing techniques. Strength & conditioning are a part of this program.

Keyuna studied Kinesiology and also certified Personal Training & Group Fitness Instructor Training.  "I like to keep the classes fun and different each time to keep the students engaged and getting results." 

She has taught Group Fitness for 13 years.

Butts & Guts

This class is designed to tone & sculpt the lower body and the abdominal muscles with some cardio movement to increase fat burn. With the use of your own body-weight and various other exercise equipment to be used as resistance to increase the intensity level. All levels welcome.

H.I.I.T.

High Intensity Interval Training is a good way to get the heart rate up quick. With a mix of strength training with the use of your body weight, cardio training and calisthenics you will burn maximum calories in minimum time.

 

Pilates Mat

This class is designed to target ALL muscle groups and of course the CORE! Each exercise is designed to not only tighten the skin but also to tone and firm your muscles, which also reduces the appearance of sagging loose skin.

 

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Boot Camp

The Fitness Boot Camp includes, Interval Training, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Partnered Training, Strength & Resistance Training and PLENTY OF CARDIO.

Cardio Step Fusion

This class is composed of step cardio, cardio kickboxing, dance and cardio movement.

Belly Dancing

Originally from Florida, SaLydia has been belly dancing for 6 years. She has studied under various professional Belly Dancers including Texas native, international star Simon Sako. She has 5 competition titles so far since beginning to dance. She began her professional entertaining in 2018 under Mystical Goddess Belly Dance and is now teaching belly dance fitness at the San Antonio Walzem YMCA along with performing at various events such as middle eastern wedding receptions, birthday parties, showcases, recitals and more.

This class is great for beginners, dancers wanting extra drills, or anyone wanting a fun cardio escape. We explain, break down, and drill many common traditional moves. Many fun combos are included. This class gives you the understanding of basic belly dance technique, posturing, language, move execution and it helps you to build necessary strength. This class is drop in friendly.
