Coach K of Wanna Go Fit LLC & Ms. Trish of Devoir Fitness are teaming up to spread the gift of wellness via singing and dancing!
As mentioned in previous events in the Wanna Go Fit Wellness Series your mental health can be improved by movement. Singing usually lifts the spirits. And speaking of spirits; this event is BYOB.
Snacks will be provided by A Chicago Bite.
DJ Ron G from WSAN Radio will be on the 1's & 2's!
