About the event
This one hour Certified Instructor lead class is meant to be fun as well as a workout. All fitness levels welcome.
Exercises can be modified. Notify the instructor.
This is an outdoor fitness event. Bring a GOOD mat, water and your 'A' game!

We will close with Soul Yoga with For Heaven's Sake Soul Yoga.
Must Register before June 4th for planning purposes. Call 210-910-7229 for any questions or concerns. There are NO refunds. If the weather is inclement the event will be rescheduled.Â
Once you have completed registration you will receive an email with a liability waiver attached. Please print and bring it with you to camp. Please arrive in time to complete liability waiver if you are not able to do so ahead of time.
