Fitness Boot Camp: This is a high intensity circuit workout. Using a range of calisthenics & training drills this routine is designed to burn maximum calories. This program also strengthen and tones the body. And don't forget the cardio!
Yolates: Yoga and Pilates combination's designed to lengthen and tone core muscles to reveal a tighter, leaner mid-section. Some cardio movement is incorporated for extra fat burning.
Tone it Up: This is a high intensity body strengthening and muscle toning program. Using free-weights, the exercise ball, and other fun equipment we tone and strengthen, and sculpt various muscle groups. We focus on pushing your own personal limits.
Cardio Dance Aerobics: A low to high intensity cardio dance routine. Using a range of various fun dance combination's combined with some traditional aerobic movement. This routine is designed to burn unwanted weight and inches through a full body work out.
Cardio Kickboxing: Cardio routine that incorporates boxing moves that provides an intense full body work out.
Fit to be Sexy: Floor/ Chair Aerobics with a sexy twist. This is a fun full body work out. Students are encouraged to bring a pair of heels.
Cardio Pump: Cardio routine that incorporates various movement using different fitness equipment to get that heart rate up and calories burning. This is an intense full body work out designed to keep it moving!
Senior Fitness: The routines are a combination of low impact movements, and also a little dance incorporated as well. Light free weights and the exercise are used in some of the routines.
Hi/Low Aerobics- Mix of basic aerobic exercises, varying between low to high cardio movement.
Step Aerobics:This is a low to high impact aerobic program using the step. Incorporating various elevation levels and movements into the program the intensity varies. This program gives a great cardio workout.
Butts & Guts:This fun workout targets the stomach, hips, thighs and booty area. Sculpting and toning those hard to lose areas. We also throw in a fun cardio dance routine to work it out!
