    Drop in sessions are available for those who occasionally wants to shake up their work out routine or just need to recondition.

Virtual Personal Training is for those who needs a hand, but has the discipline to stay on track.

 

 $25 per week or $75 per month!

Virtual Personal Training includes:

  • Instant Message chat support (Hotmail)
  • Monitoring of daily food & fitness diary
  • Weekly virtual meetings via telephone or web cam or in personal ***$25weekly or $90 per month for face to face sessions ***
  • Work out  plan
  • Nutrition Advice & Guidance
  • Beginners Survival Kit which includes grocery suggestions and basic supply list.

On the Go Personal Fitness Training sessions can be held in your home or office. Fees are based on location.

$45 ( 90 min sessions)

 

 

In home Personal training rates begin at $40.

This training program is a partnered program designed for individual accountability and partnered support for each other. Plus it just makes it much more fun!


Rates are as follows:

$40 (60 min sessions)
$55 ( 90 min sessions)
